Unlock the vehicle using the app or zipcard (all drivers will get one).

For Roundtrip, just drive and return before the end of your reservation. With Flex, drive as long as you need and drop anywhere in the Zipzone.

With Roundtrip, you pick up a car from a dedicated bay from all over London. Use the app to find any green marker near you, pick up using the card or the app and pay by the hour.

Flex cars can be anywhere in the Zipzone, you find them on the app, pick up and drop off in any eligible space within the Zone. This is great if you need to make a quick run accross town to a meeting or make a quick drop off to a customer.
