Terms & Conditions: 1) Prize consists of either 1 Annual Merlin Passes, 1 Google Chromecast or 1 £50 Red Letter Days voucher, with 2 of the former to be given away for a total of 4 winners. 2) The prize is non-negotiable. No cash alternatives for the prize will be offered or provided. 3) 4 winners will be randomly selected by Zipcar UK from all eligible entries on 5th May 2015; the first two will receive a Merlin Annual Pass each, with the next receiving a Google Chromecast, and the last receiving a Red Letter Day voucher. 4) An ‘entry’ will be made by submitting the details of a business via zipcar.co.uk/referabusiness. A further ‘entry’ will be made for each referred business who opens an account before 30th April 2015 5) Max 1 prize per person. 6) Entry into the Promotion is open to both members and non-members of Zipcar UK; purchase of a Zipcar membership is not necessary to enter the Promotion. To enter via mail, please send a stamped addressed envelope to ‘Refer a Business, Zipcar, Wellington House, Floor 1, 60-68 Wimbledon Hill Road, London, SW19 7PA for receipt before midnight 30th April 2015. All Promotion entries must be made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Entries made otherwise will not be accepted. 7) Where applicable, all costs incurred in entering into the Promotion or using or enjoying the prize, such as any administrative costs, taxes, insurance, hardware and software are (unless specifically stated otherwise) to be paid by the prize-winner. 8) Zipcar UK reserves the right to cancel, postpone or vary the Competition and/or prize at any time. 9) Zipcar UK's decision as to any aspect of the Competition or these T&Cs is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 10) This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Merlin, Google or Red Letter Days. 11) The information you provide will only be used for Zipcar. These terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
