Zipcar for business is as easy as pie (charts).

Running a business is difficult enough, without all the hassles associated with employees' travel needs and a backlog of expense claims to clear. With Zipcar for Business, an unlimited number of employees have fast, easy access to a network of vehicles parked across London and the UK, all billed to a centralised account. From sign up to the first drive, we're there to help you do better business.

Here is how it works:

1. First things first, get online.
   Everything we do takes place there.

2. Decide what type of billing suits your business:

   1. Direct Billed: Business pays for all charges with one centralised card
   2. Individual Billed: Business pays for all charges via employees' individual corporate credit cards.

3. Complete the online application. YYou only need basic information and we can get your account open and ready for action today.

4. Once you've set up your account, you'll receive an email from us detailing how to add drivers. Each employee will apply online through our secure server, saving you the hassle of processing their applications. We'll call them back to do a live licence check with the DVLA, so you know they're covered.

5. You will receive an email each time someone requests to join the account. You can then approve or deny their application, so you are in control of who uses the account.

6.  A Zipcard is mailed to each employee at the company's billing address and should arrive 2-3 days after they are confirmed by us.

7. Once they have been approved (by you and us), they are ready to hit the road.
